THE FINANCIAL VULNERABILITY TASKFORCE CHARTER
The Financial Vulnerability Taskforce created this Charter in 2021 and it has over 1,000 firms (circa 4,000 members) using the Charter badge to augment their own approach to vulnerability.
It focuses specifically on vulnerability and forms a key part of the Consumer Duty Alliance Code of Professional Standards
Firm who join this Charter are pledging to share and learn from good Consumer Duty practice; from regulatory rules and expectations, through to business-as-usual policies.
This Charter aims to inspire and increase public confidence and trust in the financial advice and planning sector through the delivery of consistently good consumer outcomes.
