Celebrating 7 Years of Success and Growth!
This month Magenta turns 7 years old! I write something on every anniversary, and I can’t believe how quickly these years have flown by.
If you’d asked me 15 years ago when I first started advising clients, where I thought I’d be career-wise now, this is far beyond what I could have imagined. The pride and fulfilment I get from running Magenta is fantastic.
For seven years, Magenta has been dedicated to delivering personalised financial planning with passion. Our friendly approach, removing the corporate stuffiness, so often associated with financial services, whilst maintaining the highest levels of compliance and professionalism, we believe sets us apart from others.
Every day, my motivation is fuelled by the desire to nurture talent within Magenta. I am dedicated to training the next generation of junior planners, ensuring that everyone can access high-quality financial advice without encountering condescension or struggling with complex information.
This week I was interviewed for a program on BBC Wales – all about women and pensions. I was thrilled to be asked and to spend some time talking about how women in particular, need to take extra care assessing their financial position, their pension provision and financial gaps, owing to years where their financial plan tend to fall short because of children or caring responsibilities, work limitations or even just impacted by societal norms of gender roles.
The team at Magenta are 100% committed and driven to delivering excellent service and standards for you. We are determined to set new benchmarks within our profession, consistently advocating for increased female participation in financial conversations and choices. Our commitment extends to training future generations of planners while embracing technological advancements at a rapid pace.
Over the next 12 months, I’ll be working on various projects which include business development and strategy, mentoring new advisers and launching a podcast focused on Women and Money, so watch this space!
